I finally was able to connect to the customer care number (022 42468042) after 11 days (btw no reply to resolve the issue by iBhejo on my 7 emails, only auto replies has been coming). She was courteous and told me that she has escalated the issue of wrong delivery to the top management, and they would revert by tomorrow. They will replace the wrong product with the right product (if available) or refund the amount. Now I have just checked the iBhejo site and its clear that the item ordered by me (Order No. IBSH10559) is presently available and hence I insist that Jabra Speak510 is delivered to me immediately. It is possible that iBhejo may act smart and instead of delivering the right product they may refund the amount to me as the list price of the product has now been increased by iBhejo. I will not accept refund and in case they insist of refund, I will file a case in the consumer court and expose this issue. Hope good sense prevails with iBhejo (My complaint ticker no 102972)
I have been complaining since 17th when I received the package. To my surprise, iBhejo delivered the wrong product and instead of Jabra Speak510, they have delivered Jabra Speak410. I have send email to customer support at least 5times. I have not received any proper response other than automated responses. Have been trying to call their customer support numbers since 18th but no one is picking up. The on line chat also does not work. I think this is a nightmare for me to have used the services of iBhejo. Its the worst I have ever received.
