Hand Harvested Olives - This Sicilian olive oil is made with olives milled within 12 hours of being harvested by hand, the last week of October through the first 2 weeks of November, continuously cold extracted and separated by centrifuge, allowing the oil to settle and then decanted naturally. Flavorful Sicilian Olives - We use a selection of the best organic Monocultivar Biancolilla olives from the hillsides of Central Sicily to create our cold pressed olive oil. PDO Certified Authentic Olive Oil - Lorenzo N 3 is one of our most beloved organic extra virgin olive oils made from olives grown in the PDO (Protected Denomination of Origin) area of Southern Sicily known as Val di Mazara.
