You do not receive shipping confirmation within 10 days of purchase
Your product does not arrive to your specified shipping address in a maximum of 30 days.
You receive a defective / damaged / broken item at the time of delivery.
How do you file a PayGuard claim?
In case you have not received any information about your product for at least 10 days or your product has not arrived by the 15th day of your order, you can file a claim by clicking on the link below.
In case your item arrived, defective, damaged, not as described, etc. You must send the item back to: PAYGUARD RETURNS.
On the package you must mention RETURN ITEM and your Order number. It is better that you check the item at the time of delivery ONLY and request the courier to Return to Shipper in such cases. Please fill out this form with full details of the return.
A PayGuard professional will examine the product to verify your claim. When it is verified a refund will be given for your full purchase price. However, in case we find the claim to be false, we will not be able to provide you a refund and you will have to pay for the shipping back to you.
