- Aluminum construction provides even baking and uniform results. With a nonstick interior surface which allows for easy release and effortless cleanup.
- Formed aluminum pan, hand wash only. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
- Pan measures 10.3 inches in diameter and is 3.6 inches in height with a 12 cup capacity.
