- DIRECTIONS Soak hair. Apply Serene Shampoo and massage to a rich lather from root to tip. Breathe deeply. For more suds, add water - this is especially important with sulfate-free shampoo. Be mindful of your solitude and repeat your favorite positive-mindset-mantra or, have a good cry (we all need these moments). Rinse with cool water. Follow with Roze + Quartz Mask of choice.
