- ADD 3-DIMENSIONAL EFFECTS TO YOUR PAINTING - Speedball Modeling Paste dries to a light-weight, flexible, opaque film and can be applied with a pallet knife to produce thick areas of texture. Once dry, it can be painted, carved or sanded.
